ART OF HAPPINESS
The retreat takes people back to the basics, and in doing so helps retreatants find answers to the age-old question: what makes us happy?
“MIND MAKEUP” AND LEADERSHIP
Mind management techniques help retreatants achieve their goals, develop themselves and build the right mental attitude to improve inner well-being.
INNER PURIFICATION
Healthy, vegetarian meals are served and natural, light physical activity is incorporated into the schedule so that retreatants can detoxify physically. Positive thinking, gratitude, service and community all help purify our minds.
CHALLENGING ADVERSITY
Adversity is inevitable in life, but it does not have to keep us from happiness or success. Retreatants will gain new perspective from the retreat and have tools to turn difficulty into opportunity.
PRESSURE MANAGEMENT
Responding proactively to pressure with a healthy lifestyle and growth mindset can help the retreatants to manage its negative impact on themselves and to others around them. Retreatants will discover some strategies to help manage pressure.
Led by the Founder of the Foundation of Goodness himself, through discussions Kushil Gunasekara will help guests to uncover their untapped innate values and unique personalities to achieve what counts the most at the end of our journey of life.
Rest & Inner Growth “Cleansing your heart and Mind”
Relaxing, reflecting and discussing how to be a healthier, happier person gives guests tools to be happy now and challenge adversity in the future.
